Where do I get the app?
From the official stores: the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac; Google Play for Android; the Microsoft Store for Windows. On the Mac there are two editions: the App Store edition offers web protection, the parental web filter, the AI assistant and file scanning; the full edition with real-time antivirus and EDR is downloaded only from cyberendx.com as a package signed with Developer ID and notarized. No personal edition is offered for Linux.
Is there a free trial?
No. Protection starts once your payment is confirmed; no technology is switched on before payment. Refund and withdrawal terms are part of the distance sales agreement.
How does the AI Assistant work?
The AI Assistant is in all three packages and runs on YOUR OWN AI account: you connect your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot API key inside the CyberendX app on your PC, phone or tablet, and the assistant answers through that provider on that device. Your chat does not pass through our central AI infrastructure — this is deliberately different from the enterprise model.
I installed from the App Store / Google Play / Microsoft Store — do I need a key?
No. Just open the app and sign in to your account — the package you bought lands on the device automatically. No platform ever asks you to type a licence key.
Something was blocked by mistake — what can I do?
Add an exception yourself for that file, app or address from the self-service exceptions area in your account — no support ticket needed.
