Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
No. Protection starts once your payment is confirmed; no technology is switched on before payment. Refund and withdrawal terms are part of the distance sales agreement.
How does the AI Assistant work?
The AI Assistant is in all three packages and runs on YOUR OWN AI account: you connect your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot API key inside the CyberendX app on your PC, phone or tablet, and the assistant answers through that provider on that device. Your chat does not pass through our central AI infrastructure — this is deliberately different from the enterprise model.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes — it renews every term until you cancel. The renewal amount matches what you pay today; if the price changes we email you before the renewal. Cancelling keeps your protection running until the end of the paid term.
Are taxes included?
Taxes are calculated at the payment step based on your billing country and appear as a separate line in the order summary. The final presentation (inclusive/exclusive) is being confirmed before launch.
I installed from the App Store / Google Play / Microsoft Store — do I need a key?
No. Just open the app and sign in to your account — the package you bought lands on the device automatically. No platform ever asks you to type a licence key.
I replaced my device — can I move the licence?
Yes. Remove the old device from your account’s device list and sign in on the new one. The number of simultaneous devices is the limit defined by your package.
Something was blocked by mistake — what can I do?
Add an exception yourself for that file, app or address from the self-service exceptions area in your account — no support ticket needed.
How do refunds work?
Refund and withdrawal terms are part of the distance sales agreement shown for your approval at the payment step. The exact window is being finalised with legal review before launch.
I need more than 10 devices.
Personal packages cover up to 10 devices. For more — plus central policy management and the full enterprise technology set — request an enterprise quote.
How do I pay?
On iPhone, iPad and the Mac App Store edition you pay through the App Store, on Android through Google Play, as an in-app purchase. For Windows (installed from the Microsoft Store) and the full macOS edition you pay by card in the cyberendx.com store. Whichever channel you pay through, your package unlocks on every device where you sign in with the same account.
The refund / withdrawal window is pending legal sign-off, so no number is stated here (TBD).
Enterprise

Enterprise packages are not sold online or in app stores; contact us for a quote and to purchase. Licensing is based on user count and selected modules. The agent is rolled out from the console or via MDM; there is no download on this site.
